2013 could have seen Norwich as the UK City of Cutlure. Unfortunately we didn’t win the bid, that went to Derry/Londonderry ahead of Norwich, Sheffield and Birmingham. But never mind – as the press release said – “We’re going to celebrate anyway!” and we’re already a City of Culture.

We still have plenty to shout about, we even have our own Norwich Fashion Week – just like Paris, London and Milan, one of the best theatres in the country and a thriving arts a scene.
